I’m not aware of definitive evidence of Bradford ever being in York, but it does have a Pilgrim connection as a place of confinement for Separatists.

Hi Joshua love your content! What is the best physical version to get regarding “of Plymouth Plantation?” Want a hardcover
Hi Mike, thanks for the comment! Most of the copies out there are Samuel Elliot Morrison’s version, which is decent, though it does have a bit of editing done to it, particularly in the later years of the colony. I don’t think this is actually in print any more as a hardcover, but plenty of copies should be available on a website like abebooks.com. (Avoid the Lakeside Press editions, those are just selections)
For a new hardcover copy, I think the edition of a few years ago done by Caleb Johnson is complete.
My favorite edition is the one from a century ago edited by Worthington Ford that has a vast amount of notes, maps and illustrations. I’ve actually just purchased print-on-demand leatherbound versions of these, but they aren’t cheap. You can find them on abebooks or rarebiblio.com, I think this is the only multi-volume edition.
Hope this helps!
