Shenandoah Valley Tour 2022

Newmarket Battlefield

Join us as we return to the beautiful Shenandoah Valley to explore the story of one of the Civil War’s most famous campaigns – Stonewall Jackson’s Shenandoah Valley Campaign. See the locations where against incredible odds, Jackson pushed his men hard to beat back, outwit, and outmaneuver multiple armies. We will visit the location of John Brown’s famous raid on Harper’s Ferry, as well as the Field of Lost Shoes, and many other pivotal battlefields. Join us to view the terrain to understand the campaign whose brilliance is still studied in military academies, as we travel up and down the Valley, tracing Jackson’s strategic movements and the battlefield tactics that brought him to victory.
