One interesting place that we visited during our trip to Leiden was the American Pilgrim Museum. It was a house from the period filled with artifacts to show what the Pilgrims’ life would have been like during their time in the city. The museum has since had to move locations, but I don’t doubt that it would still be an interesting visit.

The outside of the house
Bradford’s home, like how this is set up, was only one room, and would have been very cramped quarters

A built in bed, characteristic of the time and place

Bradford’s house no longer exists, but it used to be at this location
Before it was demolished, Bradford’s house had been converted to a garage, and would likely have looked much like the one in the center of this image
