Franklin’s Glass Armonica

This is a Glass Armonica, invented by Benjamin Franklin. It was an instrument that made tones the same as when you run your finger around a Glass of water. Franklin said it gave him more “personal satisfaction” than any of his other inventions. His wife Deborah called it the “Musik of angels.”
