Battle of Manassas 150th Reenactment

Last Saturday we traveled to Virginia to attend the 150th anniversary reenactment of the Battle of Manassas/Bull Run. With over 8,000 reenactors, it was the biggest reenactment I have ever been to, and one of the largest there is. Although it was very hot, it was amazing to be able to get an idea of what a battle of that size would have looked like. Above is a short video of some of the footage we shot there. Here are some pictures as well. The complete album is here.

I’d favor to make use of some with the content material on my blog whether you don’t mind. Natually I’ll give you a link in your internet blog. Thanks for sharing.

  • I’m impressed, I must say. Really hardly ever do I encounter a weblog that’s both educative and entertaining, and let me let you know, you've hit the nail on the head. Your concept is excellent; the difficulty is something that not sufficient individuals are talking intelligently about. I'm very glad that I stumbled across this in my seek for one thing referring to this.
